We offer worldwide international shipping.

USA

For orders over 800$: International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You will need to pay additional local state duties at the time of delivery of your order.

EU, UK & Other world

What are my shipping options?

Worldwide Shipping is - 25$.

If your shipping address is not listed at checkout, please send us an email to info@theros-store.com with your order preference and address so we can provide you with a quote.

Note: if our couriers are unable to deliver your order, it will be automatically returned to THE ROS.

When and how can I use my tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

USA, UK, Canada, France, Romain: 8 - 17 working days.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal: 8 - 15 working days.

Other countries: 10-25 working days.

The threshold for duty-free import of goods into the United States is $800. If you exceed this amount, you will be required to pay a fee upon receipt.
